This 1993 house, by architect Paul Wallwork, is still owned by the original owner, but a new spouse brought fresh needs and ideas. The goals were to make a welcoming entry from the street, improve the interior entry sequence and stair, update the great room and kitchen, and rework the downstairs to yield a home office and improved guest bedroom. A landscape plan was also within the scope of work, with hopes that the site and building work as one.
