Beach House
Manzanita, Oregon
New triangular house built on a triangular lot in an awakening Oregon beach town. Restricted site size required that we build to all setback lines to maximize the livability. Clients preferred a very contemporary look, and wanted the home dog-friendly and easy to maintain, for its suitability as a sometime rental.
