Depicted here is the remodel and addition to a 1920s home in an historic neighborhood. Strict adherence and respect for the charm, scale, and detailing of the existing historic home were imperative. But we also were excited to update spaces, connections, and furnishings to breathe new life into them, accommodating increased natural light, gourmet cooking, relationships between kitchen, informal dining, and family room, as well as including a homework nook. We also replaced a carport with an oversized one-car garage.
