1950s home in original condition. Existing radiant heated slab-on-grade floors restricted plumbing relocations, but was otherwise left intact (new boiler). Due to poor traffic circulation within the house, walls were moved, windows resituated. Intention was to reclaim the good “bones” and style of the original house, but incorporate modern amenities.
